KVKK information notice
Under Turkish Law 6698 (KVKK), Çiçek Kardeşler İş Makinaları (Çiçek Kompresör) processes personal data from the Dudullu office for quotes, rental, used sales, on-site service and spare parts. There is no branch network.
This notice is issued under Law 6698 (KVKK) as data controller. It describes actual processing. It is not a claim of independent law-firm approval. Last update: 17 August 2026.

The controller is Çiçek Kardeşler İş Makinaları. Brand: Çiçek Kompresör. Founded 1992.
The only office is in İstanbul Dudullu: Kadosan Oto San. Sit. R Blok No: 8/10, Dudullu OSB, 34755 İstanbul. Kocaeli, Bursa and Ankara jobsites are not separate controllers or branches. On-site service, rental and spare parts are planned nationwide from this centre. 24/7 on-site service means planned logging, not a same-hour promise.

Forms, phone or WhatsApp may store name, phone, company, email, message (model, site, need), page URL, UTM, IP and anti-spam logs. Cookies: cookie policy.

Data is not sold to a marketing network. There is no advertising cookie.
Retention
Leads are kept as long as the job needs, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie choice sits in the browser key kp_cookie_consent.
Rights (KVKK art. 11)
You may ask whether we process data, for a copy, purpose, recipients, correction, deletion, notification to third parties, objection to automated outcomes and compensation.
