The fuel-filter bowl (glass / clear) is the water-separator cup under the pre-filter on a diesel portable compressor. The clear bowl shows water and sludge; a cracked bowl, rusty stud or a leak is a replacement job. The main filter element is a separate line. Stock is not invented — it is written on the quote from Dudullu.
What does it do?
The bowl collects water and coarse dirt under the pre-filter head so the operator can see the level. If water is not drained, winter freeze and summer injector/pump damage risk rise. This is a diesel portable spare, not an electric stationary line and not a new compressor.
Where is it on the machine?
Between tank and pump, under the pre-filter head. The drain plug is at the bottom of the bowl. Thread, stud length and bowl height are model-specific; one glass does not fit every head.
Maintenance and replacement
Water is drained on a schedule. A cracked bowl is replaced; gasket and stud are checked with it. Tape or silicone is not a lasting fix. Fitting, if wanted, is a planned on-site record.

What does the clear bowl do versus the main filter?
On a diesel portable the clear fuel-filter bowl is the water-separator cup on the pre-filter. Water and coarse dirt show here; the paper element is sold separately. Office, dispatch, fitting
The only office is Istanbul Dudullu (Kadosan Oto San. Sit. R Blok No: 8/10, Dudullu OSB, 34755 İstanbul). There is no branch network and no 81-city shop claim. Parts leave Dudullu as planned cargo nationwide in Turkey. Kocaeli, Bursa and Ankara jobsites can be delivery addresses, not offices. There is no 24/7 courier promise. How is water drained?
With the machine stopped and no ignition, the plug at the bottom of the bowl is opened slowly; water and sludge go into a separate can, not onto the ground. If there is a leak or a crack, tightening the plug is not enough — bowl, gasket and stud are checked together. If the system then holds air, bleeding after the pre-filter follows the maker’s sheet.
