Logistics
Dispatch and loading
Transport is paid by the party renting or buying. Çiçek Kompresör does not haul the machine; we refer a recovery-truck or lorry firm and share directions. There is no free nationwide delivery in Turkey.
Vehicle class
Machine size decides whether a standard recovery truck, a lorry, or another suitable vehicle is needed. A lorry cannot enter the shop.
Crane and forklift
The shop has a crane. A lorry cannot come inside, so a forklift is called for lorry loading.
No winch rope
Vehicles that can enter the shop, and vehicles without their own winch rope, are loaded with the crane. No standing lorry, no hourly SLA.
Office / service
Sales are used only; we do not sell new machines. The only office is İstanbul Dudullu. On-site service is not a branch network; field work is planned from this office.
