Drilling compressor
A DTH string will not run on a 7 bar jobsite machine in a deep hole; hose and altitude loss drop pressure at the bit still further. Wet or oil-carrying air fouls the hole, and a stop leaves an open borehole at risk.

Set pressure from the tool requirement, not from “make it high pressure”.

Solution
A diesel portable unit is sized to the drill string’s bar and m³/min demand; rental or inspected used kit is quoted in the same terms, and on-site service is planned.
Why 7 bar is the wrong band
On water and ground drilling the compressor drives the down-the-hole hammer and cleans the hole. Pressure at the bit rises with depth. Many holes around 150 m run on a 12 bar class; deeper work is quoted on 20–25 bar machines and a booster when the string needs it. The 7 bar breaker band will not turn that string.
Hose length, fittings and altitude cut FAD. Selection is made on pressure and flow at the hole, not on a catalogue headline. Extra bar that the tool does not need only burns fuel.
Site notes
- Wet or oily air fouls the hole wall and the string; separator condition goes on the job note.
- Dust shortens the air-filter interval; an overheat stop leaves the hole open.
- Short jobs are quoted as rental; standing plant as inspected used sales. We do not sell new machines.
Size the unit from the compressor catalogue, rental and on-site service together. A quote needs hole depth, the string and the shift plan. On-site service is planned nationwide in Turkey; the office is in İstanbul Dudullu and there are no branches in other cities.
The service interval shortens with dust and hours. Electric compressors are not stocked for this work; the park is diesel portable. We do not quote invented airflow or same-day delivery.
Dispatch and job orders leave the Dudullu office. Kocaeli, Bursa and Ankara are field sites, not branches; distance is written as days on the quote.
