Solution
Airflow is sized to nozzle diameter plus margin; a diesel portable with a maintained separator is supplied, and rental or inspected used kit plus an on-site check is planned.
Nozzle pressure and oil carry-over
Abrasive blasting wants continuous high flow. An 8 mm nozzle uses about 5 m³/min, 10 mm about 8 m³/min, 12 mm about 12 m³/min. Efficient blast needs the nozzle to stay at or above 7 bar; the machine is sized with margin. Hose length and a second nozzle eat catalogue FAD on the job.
A neglected separator lets oil into the line and ruins the surface before paint. A machine suspected of oil carry-over is not put on blast work; separator condition and a load test go on the job note.
Site notes
- Continuous full load stresses cooling; radiator cleaning is shortened on a dusty blast site.
- Short jobs are quoted as rental; standing blast plant as inspected used sales. We do not sell new machines.
- An on-site check is planned; there is no same-day delivery promise. The office is in İstanbul Dudullu.
Size the unit from the compressor catalogue, rental and on-site service together. A quote needs nozzle size, simultaneous nozzles and hose length.
The service interval shortens with dust load. Electric compressors are not stocked for blast sites; the park is diesel portable. We do not quote invented airflow or same-day delivery.
Dispatch and job orders leave the Dudullu office. Kocaeli, Bursa and Ankara are field sites, not branches; distance is written as days on the quote.
